ConnectGermany organizes personalized viewing tours in Berlin.

The purpose of the viewing trip is primarily to give you an impression of the apartment, the construction standards and the neighborhood. In order for you to better process all the information, we recommend seeing a maximum of 4-5 flats / buildings in a day.

Of course we want to organize as many optimized viewings as possible. Therefore, we want to know about your trip to Berlin and the apartments or properties you wish to see as far in advance as possible. Spontaneous viewings are possible, but we cannot guarantee viewings on short notice.

Viewings are typically done with one of our partners in Berlin. During the trip, we offer communication in German and English. All communication, information, price negotiations, etc. will take place with ConnectGermany in English.

Remember to tell us how many people will come on the viewing trip and supply your mobile number, so we can reach you if necessary.

To make the most of the trip, we recommend that you use the checklist, which we send before the trip. Furthermore, it is a good idea to take photos wherever possible.
